This battery cap was designed to give both the benefit of storing an extra battery but also the ability to function reliably with only one battery installed.
T2 battery cap assembly includes: the battery cap, plastic divider, external sealing o-ring and internal o-ring.

The internal design of the T2 battery cap allows for a plastic divider that is used to separate the spare battery from the currently in-use battery in the optic. This divider also allows the optic to function properly even if there is not a spare battery present in the cap. No special tools are needed to install or remove this cap for battery changes.
Please note: While this cap can fit several other optics, it was designed specifically for the T1/T2 optics.
Fits: Aimpoint T1/T2, Delta Stryker hd, Trijicon Accu-Power, Trijicon Tenmile hx, Vortex Razor, Vortex Viper PST Gen 2.
